Standard UK shipping is free and will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and also tracking information from the courier.

There is no right or wrong answer to this question, it depends on the comfort of the user! My eldest sleeps like a log so has hers on top of her regular bedding, but my youngest is a wriggler so has her under. It might take a couple of nights to work out which is better for you and which has a better effect.

The beads inside the weighted blanket do not retain any heat. Although the minky cover offers a level of cosiness it actually adds very little warmth. You may find in the height of summer that the user only needs their blanket at bedtime but in colder months regular bedding would definitely be used as well.

The minky cover and weighted blanket are both machine washable on a cool wash but it is not recommended to tumble dry either part.

If the child can not move the blanket off of themselves easily or it feels like a restraint then it should not be used.
